Chikao Otsuka, Eggman’s Japanese voice actor, passes away

We’ve learned that Chiako Ōtsuka, a notable Japanese voice actor, has passed away at 85 years old.

Ōtsuka was lent his voice to the Japanese Dr. Eggman/Robotnik in several Sonic the Hedgehog games, as well contributed work in Astro Boy, Cowboy Bebop and Lupin.

We wish you well, Mr. Ōtsuka, may you rest in peace.
