It seems that Sega’s talent for releasing good games isn’t totally gone, as the latest issue of Famitsu tells us. 428 ~Fuusa Sareta Shibuya de~ scored a perfect 40 points in Japanese publication.
Unfortunately the game in question won’t likely ever be released outside of Japan, due to some heavy use of the Japanese language, and it’s a pretty niche product, something that only Japanese gamers seem to go for.
Famitsu shows off new Sonic & The Black Knight and Bayonetta screens

Finally some real screens from PlatinumGame’s Bayonetta. The game is looking very good and still has many months in development, though I can already see the bloom. Why do so many next gen games have bloom?
The other game in the issue is Sonic and The Black Knight, pretty much confirming its release for Japan. I wonder if Sega will release Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood in Japan? The game has alot of detail for a wii game and personally I think its looking solid graphic wise.

Famitsu Magazine gives us more 7th Dragon info [updated]
Posted by George. Filed under George, Japan, Nintendo DS. Tagged with 7th Dragon, Famitsu.

Famitsu magazine finally hit Japan and Duckroll from Neogaf has posted the contents of the magazine. Here is a summary of the info for 7th Dragon:
- New game from Niinou, the director of Etrian Odyssey.
- Command based battles
- 4 characters in a party at one time
- Simple game concept: kill all the dragons
- There are 7 classes in the game: Rogue, Mage, Fighter, Princess, Knight, Samurai and Healer
- For each class there are 4 different appearances
- There are skill trees for each of the classes
- The stats include LIFE, MANA, ATK, POW, DEF, INT, and SPD
- While moving around, the top screen is a top-down map view, while the bottom screen is a conquest map
Doesn’t seem like the game will have an epic story, at least not right now. The game is set to hit Japan this upcoming spring. At least the music is sounding awesome, right guys?
