King of Fighters XIV is getting a patch that upgrades the game’s visuals
King of Fighters XIV was released back in August and has had some pretty good success in sales. While the fighting mechanics have been praised, the game’s visuals were not considered to be up to par with what the PS4 could do.
To fix this situation, SNK has announced a new patch that would upgrade King of Fighters XIV‘s visuals. While a release date for the patch has not been determined, King of Fighters XIV will be playable with the patch at this year’s PlayStation Experience.

Why is this on Sega nerds
Because the game was published by Atlus in North America and SEGA owns Atlus, so it makes it relevant to our news coverage.
All these Atlus-published titles are enough to confuse even me, though admittedly, I’m easily confused.
Yeah, Fuck Atlas 😛
I’ve not played any of their games, to be fair they only made one mediocre Dreamcast game. That said, I’ve always wanted to play Trauma Center. It was one of the reasons why I bought the original DS one of these days. They also have this pretty cool dating sim-ish puzzle game called Catherine. I have not played it but my brother said it is spectacular. So you should check it out.
Sega is hopeful that Atlas of America will do what Sega of America failed to do over the last decade with localization.
Yeah, in addition to Persona, I’ve got Catherine plus Dragon’s Crown on Vita & Code of Princess on 3DS. All of them are pretty cool. They publish some pretty interesting games aside from their RPGs.
Mai Shiranui + visual upgrade = the Requiem takes a sick day
I just ordered you a bottle of Jergens and a pack of heavy duty aloe vera Kleenex. Christmas comes early this year, bitch!
I appreciate the thought, but Jergens is for amateurs.
Only extra virgin olive oil gives me a satisfactory glide & slide to which I am accustomed.
Take the damn bottle of Jergen.
Please don’t waste olive oil.
