SEGA says fan reactions to their apology proves they “made the right first step”

A couple of weeks back, SEGA CEO Hajime Satomi promised SEGA fans across the globe that they want to win back their trust. In the latest update from SEGA’s headquarters, the House of Sonic released a statement in regards to fan reactions from SEGA’s apology.

“Seeing our fans across the world respond to our recent interview with Famitsu, lets us know we’ve made the right first step in acknowledging who we are and where we want to be. Sega is dedicated to bringing you quality gaming experiences and becoming a brand you love and trust again.” — Haruki Satomi

It’s good to see that SEGA is taking the reigns and steering the company in the right direction. Hopefully this change of attitude will bring SEGA back to its former glory. What do you think of Satomi’s statement? Sound off in the comments below!
