Welcome to the second installment of the SEGA Horror Fest! In this episode, choose some of our favorite horror games on the SEGA Genesis. If you haven’t already watched last week’s episode on the Master System, be sure to do it now!
Be sure to let us know what you think of the games we chose and share what your favorite SEGA horror games are!

I see Steven found an excuse to play a Jurassic Park game! Actually, that game seems to be a precursor to the modern survival horror games of today, with the limited ammo and all. I remember being scared out of my mind when the T-Rex busted through the wall or when a raptor hopped onscreen with me terribly ill-equipped to deal with them.
I have some specific Zombies Ate My Neighbors memories, too. I played it straight through one day when I was home from school sick. The “Chopping Mall” was easily my favorite stage, as it had the catchiest music. I played it on SNES though… Shame on me, I guess.
Nice picks for the video. Certainly too many good horror-themed games to name in one video, but you certainly hit the highlights. Sega fans should also be advised that the Genesis version of Ghouls and Ghosts is pretty good, too.
Replay that castlevania game Chris. There are two playable characters! Also it is one of the best castlevania games ever. It’s game mechanics are awesome, I say you give it another shot. If you can’t play Castlevania Bloodlines you are terrible gamer. Sorry. If have trouble at first, that makes a game more challenging! That is half the fun of gaming, getting better. Also, your mic sounds terrible, especially when you use the same adjective, FUN over and over. get a pop guard or something please… BUT thanks for the video! I have to again urge you play castlevania. one of the most prized gaming franchises around. Honestly. Try the PSP or NDS versions if you want more modern control feel I guess….
