Well, most of the line-up we have seen at this year’s E3, besides the new Creative Assembly game. It seems that it will be labeled a ‘world exclusive’ . It seems that the rumor we had last time is coming true. Could this be Rome: Total War 2?
SEGA will also have Virtua Fighter 5 playable, much like this year’s E3. But this time you will be able to try out the online mode. Also a worthy note, Golden Axe doesn’t appear anywhere in the line-up.
The rest of the line up is as follows:
Rumour Mill: Rome:Total War 2, about to invade?

Kris Graft, one of the lucky chaps over at NextGen.biz, was able to interview Scott Steinberg, during this years E3. While the interview has not been posted up yet, Kris has mentioned some of the topics on conversation that day.
During the interview, Scott, (apparently), mentions a follow up to Rome: Total War.
“…We’ve got the Creative Assembly guys doing Medieval and the follow along to Rome which we haven’t announced yet.â€
As far as rumours go, that sounds pretty solid to me. Of course, (as Kris points out), this could be either a brand new ‘Rome’ game, making it Rome: Total War 2. Or it could be a (rather late) expansion pack for the original title, which was released in 2004, before Sega had bought Creative Assembly.
While I haven’t really played much of the Total War series, what I have played, definitely impressed me, and the idea of a new Rome: Total War title excites me.Â
It will also be interesting to see if Sega will opt to possibly make a console version of the game, and try for some cross-platform online gaming, like they are with their (other) upcoming RTS, Universe at War.
Hopefully we shall hear more of this, very soon. In the mean time, be sure to check the official Total War site, for more information on the franchise.

First Medieval II Kingdoms Trailer

Sega have released the first trailer for there up coming expansion for Medieval 2 Total War arguably the best RTS (real time strategy) series ever made. The expansion which is titled ‘Medieval 2 Kingdoms’ adds a number of new features which are shown in the trailer, and to be honest, I’m totally pumped after watching this.
If you have never played a game in the Total War series I seriously recommend it, that is if your computer doesn’t have a spaz-attack at the sight of a game developed after the year 1996 like mine does. With a great looking game like this and literally thousand of units on screen at once, your going to need a pretty up to date PC to run it. If your lucky enough to fit that description this game really is a must.
