Nothing says Yakuza like fishing with a Hawaiian shirt on and thankfully you will have the ability to do this in Yakuza 3.
Though I find it funny that Kazuma has his fighting face up even when he is fishing. Stupid Kiryu, fishing is suppose to be relaxing!

New 7th Dragon screenshots and artwork

Sega has released some new screens and artwork for their upcoming DS RPG 7th Dragon. The game got us all hot and bothered due to having both Rieko Kodama and Yuzo Koshiro involved.
I have to admit, the artwork really turned me off. It has the average anime underage girls with camel toes, a boy with sleeves (but no shirt type thing) and a burly man with one sleeve missing. I don’t know why the Japanese draw people with weird clothing, but I think its really lame.

Sega releases a ton of new Sonic and the Black Knight screens

What with Sonic Unleashed being released recently, and all the excitement of Christmas just around the corner, I’m sure some of you will have forgotten that Sega has another Sonic title on the way for 2009.
So to help us all remember, Sega Europe has released a ton of screens for Sonic and the Black Knight. [Edit] Apparently they are all new screens Most of these are new screens, but we have seen a few before from dodgy magazine scans that have cropped up here and there.
No scans here though, and I have to admit some of what we are shown is pretty damn decent, especially for the Wii. Check after the break for the full selection.
New Let’s Tap screens

Kotaku posted these up and I don’t really recall seeing them up on here (at least not all of them). So here they are, check out the nice water effects and bright balloons.Â
Let’s Tap and Let’s Catch will come out on December 19th in Japan, no release dates for the west announced. So who is going to import this?

New Sonic Unleashed trailer and screens

Hot off the Sega press comes a brand new gameplay trailer for Sonic Unleashed, and 14 new screenshots. Both the screenshots and the trailer show off the Xbox 360/PS3 version of the game.
Graphically the game is still looking very good, but am I the only one who hates these robots? They all look identical, and very mundane. But, at least the night time monsters look a little bit more imaginative.

TGS 08: Sonic and the Black Knight screenshots

Sega Europe has put up a 10 screenshots of Sonic and the Black Knight, which are (apparently) taken from this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
I have to say, that some of them look graphically good for a Wii game, and then others look, well kind of bland. A few of the screens have been shown before (like the one above) but there are some new ones here.Â

A few days ago we posted some scans from the new Yakuza 3 game. Its hard to tell the quality of the game by scans, but now we got the screens directly from Famitsu. I got to say, I’m getting even more pumped for this game.
What do you guys think of this game so far? I can’t wait for the TGS trailer.

New Phantasy Star Zero screenshots and info

When we first posted about Phantasy Star Zero earlier this week, we bragged about how you can play over Wifi. But scans didn’t do justice to the games graphics. Here are some direct screen caps, thanks to the new official site.
They also posted some new info, like the fact you will be able to create your own character! I can’t wait to make my albino robot named G. There will be 3 races and 14 classes. Looks like its Human, Newman, and Android as races. The game will take place on a planet and its moon (though they haven’t told us their names yet).
Rappies make their awesome return in this game, seen in one of the screenshots. We also see Dylon City, that looks like it will act as a port for buying, trading, and that sort of the thing.

House of the Dead EX screenshots look awesome

House of the Dead EX is the latest spin off in the House of the Dead series. This one will be full of minigames, all featuring zombies. Some of the confirmed minigames include zombie sumo, zombie apple picking, zombie bowling, and zombie rock ‘n’ roll. All minigames will be played with a light gun and foot pedals, the cabinet will be a modified version of the one used for 2 Spicy.
“Enjoy your life,” this could be the new House of the Dead catch phrase. Move over “Suffer like G did.”
