E32018 – Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise coming west

#YouAreAlreadyDead

SEGA has heard our pleas to get Hokuto ga Kotoku a localization for the western audiences.

Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise will finally see a release in the west after SEGA released a Japan-only version back in March. Made by the same studio that brought us the amazing Yakuza series, this game will take place in an alternate version from the Fist of the North Star canon. So, for those unfamiliar to the story of Kenshiro, this should be a great standalone game.

The game will feature a full on English dub, but for those wanting the full, original experience, a dual audio option will be available for those wanting the game entirely in Japanese. The game will feature everything from the Japanese release, plus, putting this in SEGA’s words: “enhanced violence for western audiences.”

The game will feature many mini-games such as, preparing drinks at a bar, helping a struggling nightclub (similar to Yakuza 0), dune-buggy racing, and playing retro arcade games.

Release date for Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise is October 2, 2018 and will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive.
