Back in 2014, SEGA released a Puyo Puyo/Tetris crossover as a Japan-only title. According to a recent finding by Exophase, trophies for a Western version of Puyo Puyo Tetris had surface, which means we could be seeing this game coming to our shores in the near future.
Puyo Puyo Tetris was originally released for PlayStation 4, PS Vita, PS3, Wii U, 3DS, and Xbox One in Japan. You can check out the trophies by clicking here.
