Can’t make Summer of Sonic 2016 in person? Do it virtually via their live stream!

Well the time has come, after two years’ absence, Summer of Sonic is back! Tomorrow, Saturday August 6th, will see London once again inundated with hordes of fantastic Sonic fans.

In case you don’t know, the event is now sold out and the organisers have put up a warning saying people may e refused entry without a valid ticket.

If you weren’t able to snag one of their tickets before they sold out, or live too far away to make the journey without breaking the bank, fear not because, as usual, the team at Summer of Sonic will be recording the event and also live-streaming the main ‘Sonic’ stage – so you can witness the main events and live performances all from the comfort of your home.

You can watch the livestream on YouTube, or on Twitch. There will also be an embedded video on the Summer of Sonic website.

For those of you who are able to make the event, I may just see you there! 😉

For more information and details of the day’s schedule – check out the announcement on the Summer of Sonic page, here.

I'm the European Editor of SEGA Nerds and co-founder of the original SEGA Nerds website with Chris back in 2004 or 2005 (genuinely can't remember which year it was now!). I've been a SEGA fan pretty much all my gaming life - though I am also SEGA Nerds' resident Microsoft fanboy (well, every site needs one) and since SEGA went third party, I guess it's now ok to admit that I like Nintendo and Sony too :0) I'm also the Content Manager of the big data company, Digital Contact Ltd, in the UK: http://digitalcontact.co.uk/company/team/
