Sega has actually decided that they will show off Sonic Unleashed (Wii version) at this years TGS. According to RevoGamers (who only got to see the Xbox 360 version), you will use the wiimote and nunchuck in the game, but they are limiting the motion controls. You will use the wiimote to accelerate Sonic, but not for jumping or attacking.

Also for side step you will use B and Z, not the wiimote. I think the less they use the wiimote the better. The game’s design and playbility should be very close to its Xbox 360/Playstation 3 big brother of the same name (according to Sega PR). They did notice that when you start slowing down, the controls ‘looked’ rough. Something else noted was the music sounding ‘irregular’ for a Sonic game.

The worst news for last, the game will be half Sonic and half Werehog, this should make everyone happy!
