Happy Tree Friends finally available after many false alarms

Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm

After being delayed numerous times, Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm is finally available for purchase and download on both Xbox Live Arcade and PC. The game promises cartoony violence that stays true to the spirit of the online and TV show franchise. Whether that’s a good or a bad thing is up to you.

You can learn more about the game at Sega’s own page for it, and you can purchase the PC version from some shady online retailer or from Steam. Unfortunately, there is no demo, on the PC, for semi-interested parties to sample the game before deciding on a purchase, and that sets off some warning signs in my mind. Proceed with caution.

I bought it and have played it briefly. So far it’s pretty fun … it’s kinda like Lemmings.

    “it’s kinda like Lemmings”
    The game is Lemmings;)
I played the demo but i didn’t liked, maybe because i’m not a big fan of the series(HTF).

Nathan, Trymedia is a division of RealNetworks; hardly a shady company.

If you want to try it, play the demo on Xbox Live. No Xbox 360? Shame on you.

Im not a fan of the show… but that’s because Ive never seen it.
Ive only played the game or a bit, but so far its pretty fun!

I really like the Lemmings games, and as this is a similar type of game - good stuff. Though the death’s are slightly more amusing in this ;o)

    Martin,

Nathan hates everything in life. No one should take his negativity personally; he’s just a very bad person.

I tried it as well and it is quite fun but like Graham I never watched the cartoon. A bit low on money at the monent but will problably give it a chance in the near future and buy it.

It would be brilliant if you guys at SEGA could get more classic games on xbox arcade though Martin and specially Sonic 3 and knuckles to have all 4 games. :)
