Sonic Unleashed not heading to the DS

Apparently, Nintendo caused some recent confusion when it released its Nintendo DS summer release schedule, which curiously included Sonic Unleashed on the list. However, Sega quickly clarified the mistake with and said that Sonic will not be unleashed on the DS.
Additionally, Nintendo listed Beijing 2008 as heading to the Nintendo Wii, but Sega also said that there won’t be a remote-wagging version for the Olympic title. I guess Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is selling well enough that Sega doesn’t need another title on the platform.
Sonic Unleashed is being developed for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii and should be released sometime in November, while Beijing 2008 is set to release in July on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
