World Record MushiKing

It seems that Sega has managed to enter into the Guiness World Record books once again. This time it with the arcade game, MushiKing: King of Beetles, for having the most official tournaments held.

Over 100,000 tournaments held in the space of 4 1/2 years. Pretty impressive. Hopefully we can start to hear more good news for Sega coming this year.

Guiness World Records are so stupid these days. Just about every stupid little thing can be a record, like this one. I mean, who cares about stupid shit like that? Fuck off.

Well God forbid a Sega blog post some relevant news about a Sega game. If you hate it so much then why don’t you go play in traffic?

For perspective on the article, that’s an average of more than 61 tournaments per day. I find that kind of unbelievable but there it is.
