Yet another Dreamcast portable
Sure, if you had the time, money and expertise, you might be able to make a beautiful portable Dreamcast like this. But if you’re a gamer on a budget, it might look more like the Dreamcast in the above video. Either way, both are pretty damn cool, and I wouldn’t kick either one of them outta bed.
Unfortunately, the video uploader didn’t provide very many details on what went into making this Dreamcast, so we have to guess that he cannibalized parts from an old portable UHF TV.

The white one is way better.
As it has Proper trigger buttons and has a much better shape.
Chris if you only google this I am sure, you can find the making of a portable Dreamcast.
Several websites carry it.
P.S. This news is like REALLY OLD!
