Sega releases free Valkyria PS3 theme

Valkyria Chronicles, to use the U.S. release name, is arriving in Japan this week and true to form Sega has released a bevy of promo material. Ranging from posters, to soundtrack, to free downloads, any Sega nerd would drool over the chance to get their mitts on some of the action.
Of course, these promos are relegated only to the Land of the Rising Sun. However, sneaky PS3 fans will be able to get their hands on some pretty hot themes, if they’re willing to do a bit of work.
That’s right, Sega has released two distinctly different PS3 themes promoting the game’s release. These can be found by way of two sources - one being the Japanese PSN Store, and the other being Sega’s Valkyria website.
To download the theme from the Japanese PSN Store you’ll need to create an account through that store. We’ve talked about this before at SN, but if you’re still slacking and haven’t managed to create an account yet, the directions can be found here.
If you’d rather not go with that route then head on over to the game’s website and hit up the downloads section for details (all in silly Japanese text). Simply download the theme files and transfer them to your PS3 using whatever media you most fancy.
Stay tuned for our impressions of the game when I receive my import copy towards the end of the week.

It would be cool if someone made a PSP version of that skin… just alter it so it fits on a PSP =P
