Help make Project Sega Mugen

Kori-Maru loves Sega’s Fighters Megamix. So much so that he decided to try and make a Sega cross over game of his own, using the Mugen engine. He wants Sega fans to contribute to his project.
Do you have any ideas? Or game making skills? This also means artists, for background work and sprites.

lol they modified Hibiki from Last Blade to make this Sakura sprite xDD I wish them luck, it will be difficult to make this, if they never finish, only Golden Axe Duel has proper sprites, the rest will have to be “handmade”.
I know about a mugen project that includes some sega characters (skies of arcadia) but they are deformed handmade models.

it would be killer if you included tempo, he does music moves XD. im also tired of horribly botched sonic mugens, could someone please insure that sonic looks cool just like from the anime? im sure paint shop will do wonders.
