The first screens of Edge of Reality’s upcoming The Incredible Hulk have been posted, and despite a nicely detailed Hulk, there’s really not much else to see. Sure, the game is still a few months away from its June release date, but Edge of Reality definitely has some work to do, especially with the game properly rendering the high-definition layers, which look really bad on a few of the buildings.

In spite of that, which we’re sure will be addressed, the game looks like it could be really fun - I mean who hasn’t always wanted to tear up New York City?

According to IGN, the console versions will closely follow the movie’s plotline, while the DS version will feature Bruce searching for a cure for his “problem.”

[Thanks for the forum post, Yu!]

I see what you’re say about the buildings, but since I will be smashing these buildings anyways, I don’t think I will mind.

Ahahahah, this game is a joke right? :D

I mean, Sega logo on it…

It looks like a slight upgrade to the Hulk Ultimate Destruction game. That game was fun, though. There’s even a screenshot of Hulk making iron fists out of a car.

I don’t see what the problem is. Everything looks fine. I think you are being too picky and expecting too much. The buildings look fine. Who cares if they aren’t stunning. Stunning buildings won’t make the game more fun.

Which is why I prefaced it by saying that I’m sure Edge of Reality will fix my issues, and even if they don’t the game should be fun.

I don’t personally care about graphics. Just as long as I can enjoy the game, that’s all that matters.

Hey Chris, if you want to get in on the email updates we send out (like Graham is) chuck us an email mate. We sent one out yesterday containing a link for Hulk items including non-IGN festooned screens. ;)

Geez, that would be awesome, Archangel. I’ve been wondering where everyone got these screens at, especially since SoA didn’t send them out.

You guys are always on the ball over at SoE, though.
