Sega Nerdcast 13: How Bizarre!

by Chris on March 9th, 2008

Holy crap! We’ve actually completed a couple Sega Nerdcasts now in less than two months! We’re on some kinda roll right now. Despite a few audio issues with my mic, this is probably one of our better shows to date; that’s probably why it’s also the longest.

Our prodigal son, Nathan, makes his much-anticipated return in this episode, and Peter and Stuart from Bizarre Creations join us to discuss The Club. There’s tons of great content here, so if you have a couple hours to burn, why don’t you kick back, grab a beer and hang out with your friends at Sega Nerds!

4 opinions for Sega Nerdcast 13: How Bizarre!

Just an addition to the Cast here- Endless Ocean does indeed have a story arc that ties the dives together, Graham. Once you complete the arc the credits roll, but once they’re finished you jump right back in and continue discovering, guiding tourists, and collecting research data as per Kat’s requests.

Yakuza clarification here. Yakuza (3) Kenzan is an independent story from Yakuza 1 and 2. Yakuza 1 is set in the 1980’s and (predominantly) the 1990’s. Yakuza Kenzan is set 400 years in the past, in 1600’s Japan.

Plus, I posted in-depth impressions of the Yakuza Kenzan demo months ago when it released on the Japanese PS3 store. Check it out.

Let’s go guys. You need me in the nerdcast. : )

I really enjoyed this Nerdcast as well, though I missed “It Came From The Forums”.

We actually did do that segment, Uranus, but it had to be cut because we went nearly two hours before even adding in the Bizarre interview.

Unfortunately, several other pieces had to be edited out, as well. I guess that’s what I get for drinking so much throughout the Nerdcast, though.

I think a couple times you could hear me start to slur my words. lol

Perhaps we should post up the Uncut version of the show Chris - and charge people to hear it!

We could make literally pennies, tens of pennies!

But yeah, sorry we had to cut it down Uranus - but the show was pretty damn long, I think most people would have been falling asleep by the end.

But I still think we should have kept the segment in where Chris compares himself to Christ ;o)
