New Sega Bass Fishing video, does anyone care?

Sega released a new Sega Bass Fishing video today, just a couple weeks ahead of its upcoming release. However, I’m left wondering if Sega fans or even the regular gaming public care about this series anymore.

With such interesting Sega titles releasing in the same time frame like The Club, Condemned 2: Bloodshot and Sega Superstars Tennis and several high-profile titles from different publishers, will Sega Bass Fishing garner enough interest for this to be successful?

As do I. I’ve been waiting for Sega to make a fishing game for the Wii, so I will be picking this up.

It’s a perfect fit on the Wii. I don’t think Sega’s expecting at all to be busting sales records with this at all, though, and is probably expecting more of a quick buck than anything else.

I, too, care. Fishing games can be very fun, and with the Wii, it could be even more fun. Seeing any Dreamcast game get a second chance is a good thing :)
