Alex Kidd to be in Sega Superstar Tennis

There hasn’t been a been a Alex Kidd game in close to eighteen years. This is the grand return of Alex Kidd. I think a lot of Alex Kidd fans would have wanted him to have his own game, but this is better then nothing.
Having Alex Kidd and Beat might make up for having Amy, Eggman, Billy Hatcher and Shadow as playable characters.
Make sure to pick this game up Sega Superstar Tennis upcoming March. The game will be avilible on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 2, Nintendo Wii, and the Nintendo DS. Only the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions have been confirmed to have online play.

I hope there’ll be some sort of representation of Phantasy Star I/II/IV/Online in there. Not Universe though. Please god, no Ethan Waber. Please.

Way to many Sonic characters for my liking.. fucking Shadow? WHY?!
Amy? Tails? ALL IT NEEDED WAS SONIC AND ROBOTNIK!
Oh and Billy Hatcher? when was he a Sega Classic? never.
BUT!!!! BUT, I WILL STILL GET THIS GAME DAY 1… Why?

This is good news. I’m not sure what a new Alex Kidd game would be like, but if Mario can still cut it, why not Alex Kidd. They just need to lay off the Rock/Scissors/Paper to the death. Nobody likes that.

I really hope the sonic CD music mentioned is from the japanese sound track. That would be sublime. There were these screens posted on Gonintendo. Don’t be deceived. They are from the 360/ps3 versions.

I’m hoping for Bonanza Bros and Toejam and Earl. And for the love of God, if Amy and Shadow make it, but Knuckles doesn’t, I might have to still purchase this game on the day it comes out. But I will be very slightly displeased. >=(

I hope Ecco at least gets a cameo in this game.
The Ecco series is constantly overlooked by Sega. I mean seriously, it’s not to hard to give the dolphin a cameo in a sea-side level or something.
