German video game website Game reactor have recently scored an interview with Mark Sutherns, studio marketing manager for The Creative Assembly. He spoke (In good old English) about Sega and CA’s new IP Viking: Battle of Asgard and its features, such as the epic battles and assassination quests among others which all sound pretty cool if you ask me.

I suggest you check out the video and find out for yourself what the game is all about!

After watching this interview, anyone calling this a God of War clone clearly doesn’t know what either game are.

I’m excited about this game though, I’ve always wanted to build a army and then go into a large scale attack with them, and destroying such things as watch towers and the sorts seems interesting enough. I’ll be getting this one.

This in my opinion looks more fun then God of War, don’t get me wrong GoW is sweet… Mainly the cinematic QTE kills. But this sounds way more fun in my opinion.

I really really hope CA deliver!
