Semi-Exclusive: Mario and Sonic event day round-up video

If I could just get you all to set your minds back, to a couple of weeks ago, you should remember that I was lucky enough to be invited to the Sega Wii Flat Event, in London.  Where I got to play on Mario and Sonic, before it’s official UK release.

One of the companies involved with organising the event, Maverick Media, were shooting some video footage of the day, and they recently contacted me, to give us (Sega Nerds), the final video footage.

As there were a few representatives, from various sites, I would imagine that Maverick Media, has also given the others this video too, which is why this is a ‘Semi-Exclusive’ video.  Meaning, we may not be the only site with it, but we are one of very few.

The video also mentions, and shows some footage, from another event, held at Sega-Europe HQ, to which, I believe, one of our site members, Diogo, was invited.  So we may be able to spot him…. (I have no idea what he looks like though!)

As the game is still a few days away from release, here in Europe, (I know you lucky Americans have been playing for a few weeks now), I hope this video can help give a better impression of how much we all enjoyed the game, at the Wii Flat Event.

Enjoy.

Thanks to Martin, from Maverick Media, for the video.  For more information about Maverick Media, visit the site, here.

Well I’m glad you like the video, but also sad that you didn’t enjoy the previous article on the event.

The previous article was very nice and detailed which is as good as it gets, however the videos were barely audible.

Yeah true. It was down to my digital camera. Not really designed for videos so much.

But I should, hopefully be getting a proper Video camera this christmas. So future events should (hopefully) sound and look better… depending on how well i hold the camera.
