Steinberg: More unannounced classics on the way
Sega’s Vice President of Marketing Scott Steinberg (No, not Big Poppa Pump) recently sat down with Game Informer to discuss his company’s recent super hero acquisitions.
However, the real interesting part is what he said about Sega’s classics receiving sequels. “There are a host of other games that are in development we haven’t announced that you should be quite excited about if you’re memory serves you on some of the epic properties of our past,” Steinberg said.
Now I fully realize he’s the vice president of marketing, but it seems like from the quote he’s alluding to games that were released awhile back. We already know Sega’s releasing a new NiGHTS, and there have been rumors of a new Samba de Amigo and Space Channel 5, but what classic franchises would you like to see have new life?
