Sega asks what classic game you want back
If you check out the Sega main site, you’ll notice a new addition - a poll asking people what Sega game/character you want to see make a return to glory.
While I’ve already assembled my top-10 list of games I’d like to see Sega make a sequel to, the choices they do give you are NiGHTS, Streets of Rage, Samba de Amigo, Virtua Cop and Flicky.

YEAH, I KNOW! well.. i haven’t tried a flicky game. and they have made virtua cop 3. I was stuck between NiGHTS and Samba. Both could be interesting Wii possibilities.

I chose NiGHTS, but I would love to see Streets of Rage and Samba return…and Virtua Cop…and what the hey! I wouldn’t mind Flicky returning….but would also rather see many other Sega characters/ games make a return.

Out of those I would pick Streets of Rage. A new version of Streets of Rage could be great, while I feel that Nights and Samba De Amigo would be basicly the same games. I kind of figured that Virtua Cop would be a FPS if it were remade and Flicky would be a platformer, so, I’d go with Streets of Rage for sure.
But, where’s my Dynamite Cop?

Die Hard Arcade/ Dynamite Cop basically are ‘Streets of Rage 3D’
-Though an official Streets of Rage 4 would be nice. But I’d like to see them keep to a similar style to that of Die Hard Arcade- that game is crazy fun! But I could see them ruining it by trying to make it all complicated and turn it into a 3rd person beat ‘em up type thing, with dodgy camera angles and difficult moves….

Your site is a refreshing change from the majority of sites I have visited. When I first started visiting web sites I was excited by the potential of the internet as a resource and was very disappointed initially.
