Sega Genesis Collection available today

In what may be one of the greatest compilations ever released, Sega Genesis Collection releases today on the PS2 and PSP. The collection packs in 28 classic Genesis games for a value-priced $20 and $30 for the PS2 and PSP, respectively.
You can’t really argue with the value you’re getting here. Each game is about .71 cents on the PS2 version and $1.07 on the PSP - pretty damn cheap, eh? Especially when you factor in Genesis games are going to be $8 on the Wii’s Virtual Console.
And Sega didn’t just make a pretty list of great games and throw them onto a disc, either. The game features unlockable arcade titles, original Genesis developer interviews and ad-hoc wireless multi-player on the PSP.
This is the one collection that I can remember actually being really excited about. My only problem is trying to decide which version to buy. Heck, I may end up buying both!

Looks really really good. I’m on an official “no new games after Elite Beat Agents” rule from the wife due to the holidays - but this one is definately hitting my Christmas list (PS2 version). Have they announced the arcade titles that can be unlocked - I remember hearing Zaxxon, but don’t remember anything else.

I want it just for the Phantasy Star games. Everything else is just gravy.
A thick and very tasty gravy of course. :)
